Under the current Administration rural healthcare has been eroded requiring Iowans, in some locations, to travel hours to receive medical assistance. In Southeast Iowa the town of Keokuk has lost its only hospital. Why does the Reynolds Administration support using Federal $$ for water and sewer lines to a private ballpark in a cornfield over the healthcare of its cities?

You know what - thank you for bringing this up! I had forgotten about this until now. Marshalltown Hospital where I was born was closed for labor/delivery a couple years ago. This is tragic/ongoing,

I suppose it’s going to be irrelevant in most of Iowa soon, per DMR 40% Iowa hospitals are Catholic owned limiting access to non church agreed upon care?
